that's so crazy... In Oakland, California I think this cop on New Years had got called because of a fight that was going on and then one of the guys that was only 22 years old got on his knees and the cop didn't like that so he had him on his stomach and then the other cop puled his gun out and shot him in the back and then a few hours later the kid died, he left a girlfriend and his 4 or a 7 year old daughter behind and of course his family like mother and what not but man I think that's messed up the last thing you should ever go for is your gun that's why you have tazers and nigh stick but to pull a gun on a guy that's already on the ground that's BS....

getting back to the topic- I have a child and I will never have a gun in the house- if I did I would make sure to lock it up and not just leave it in the freaking closet. this child has some anger issues and that should be delt with- sounds to me that the trantrums of a spoiled rotten kid with a lack of disapline, supervision and structure from parents- hate to see when that kid grows up---it will be another Colombine

Yeah I had some friends that were playing with a gun and it went off and it him in the arm thank god it didn't cause serious injury or killed him, my other friend was hunting and he went to reload his gun and his brother accidentally shot his brother in the head and he died 3 days later in the hospital I don't like guns never have and I don't think that it will ever change but I know guns don't kill/hurt people people kill/hurt others.

Well that is true guns don't kill people, but people kill each other. However in this case I think parents need to show their kids some good manners and have them behave while they have control over them. Imagine this kid after 20yrs or so.
I used to teach in Preschool...., but thank God there was No GUN hahahhaha

Yeah some kids just need a good well now days you can do it any more or it's child abuse... The law now days man I don't know about them any more. Cops killing people and getting away with it is so wrong you know that cop that shot that kid he is in protective custody. I can't imagine why... =0)

So I watched the news last night like I do every night and there are riots going on right now in Oakland because of the shooting, well the IA came in and wanted to talk to the police officer and instead of him talking to them he resigned, well now that state has charges on him for Criminal Negligence, Man Slaughter, and they might get him for Murder 2... Well I think that's great but I was really happy to hear that the Federal Government is going to try and get him on Federal Charges which he is looking at life in prison in a federal prison I said all power to them I hope he goes a way for life he took some ones life with no hesitation and now I think he needs to be behind bars for LIFE!!!!

Ok so the officer that shot the 22yr old man in Bart or Oakland whatever one it was, got arrested last night in Tahoe and he is looking at Murder charges... I don't feel sorry for the officer you know if you kill some one you should pay for it... I think it's sad how it happened but hey the world is a crazy place... I feel that if you are a police office or any one for that matter there are other things to do than to pull a gun, cops have other resources then guns and us the people of the same thing other thing we can use besides a gun, knife or whatever else. People can't change the past but we the people can change the future.
